OLWASCO invites tenders from registered and eligible suppliers for the supply and delivery of HDPE pipes, fittings and appurtenances for the expansion of the water distribution network across Rurii, Milangine and Kanjuiri Ridges Wards.

This procurement supports Strategic Priority 1 and 2 of the OLWASCO Strategic Plan 2026–2030, targeting an increase in water coverage from 42% to 65% and a reduction in Non-Revenue Water (NRW) from 35% to 28%.

Items Required

  • HDPE pipes β€” DN 63mm, DN 90mm, DN 110mm, DN 160mm (PN10 and PN16)
  • HDPE compression fittings β€” tees, elbows, reducers, end caps
  • Saddle clamps and repair clamps
  • Ball valves and gate valves (various sizes)
  • Water meters β€” Class C, DN15 and DN20

Requirements

  • Must be a registered KEBS-approved supplier
  • Provide product test certificates to KEBS/ISO standards
  • Tax Compliance Certificate from KRA
  • Financial capacity evidence β€” bank statement or financial letter
