OLWASCO wishes to notify all customers that monthly meter reading for the April 2026 billing cycle will be conducted from 30 August 2026 to 06 September 2026.
Customers are requested to:
- Ensure meter boxes are accessible and not locked or blocked
- Clear vegetation around meter boxes before the reading date
- Accompany our meter readers if the meter is inside the property
- Report suspected meter tampering or faulty meters to our offices immediately
Payment Reminder: Bills for the current billing cycle are due within 30 days of issue. OLWASCO accepts payment via:
- M-Pesa Paybill: Contact our office for the current Paybill number
- Cash/Cheque: OLWASCO head office, Ol’Kalou town
- Bank Transfer: Details available at our offices
Customers with disputed bills should contact our Commercial Department on 020-231-2471 or visit our offices during working hours (MonβFri, 8:00 AM β 5:00 PM).
