Ol’Kalou Water and Sanitation Company Limited (OLWASCO) wishes to inform customers in Rurii Ward and Kaimbaga Ward that there will be a planned interruption of water supply to allow for installation of new distribution pipelines and valve replacement works.
Date of Interruption: 03 September 2026
Time: 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Areas Affected: Rurii Market, Karandi Junction, Kaimbaga Shopping Centre and surrounding areas
Customers in the affected areas are advised to store adequate water before the interruption begins. Water supply will be restored by 6:00 PM on the date of interruption. In case of any delays, updates will be communicated through our offices.
We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused. This work is necessary to improve water distribution and increase coverage in these areas as part of our Strategic Plan 2026β2030.
